Dad's despair as new lamppost obscures son's Prestonpans memorial

A DEVASTATED father has criticised East Lothian Council - after workmen put up a lamppost in front of a memorial plaque dedicated to his late son.
Tam McCann has been left angered and upset after the touching brass plaque to his four-year-old son Calum - which has been in place for two decades - was left obscured by the new street lighting.
